I'm Colleen Hagarty — transaction coordinator, creative financing specialist, real estate investor, and small business consultant based in Wilmington, NC.
Before real estate, I spent 20+ years in corporate America — AOL, Yahoo!, JPMorgan Chase, and Fiserv. I managed multimillion-dollar partnerships, built revenue operations from the ground up, and generated over $100 million in revenue across those organizations. I know what it means to build systems that scale, manage risk across complex stakeholder environments, and execute with precision when it counts.
In 2021, I made the pivot. Trained and active through Subto, Gator, and Top Tier TC. Owner-operator of a coliving and LTR portfolio. Every session is built on what I've actually done — and what I've watched work and fail.
I launched Close Creatively because the investors I work with — the ones doing subject-to, wraps, seller finance, and hybrid structures — needed a TC who actually understood what they were building. Not someone who was going to slow the deal down or call the title company every five minutes asking what a subject-to even is.
I also consult with real estate investors and small business owners on AI-powered operations — because the same discipline that builds a good deal machine also builds a good business. Systems, automation, and clear process aren't just for the Fortune 500.
